Alliance Elevator Professionals (“AEP”) · Panama City, FL · Effective 2026

1. Who we are

Alliance Elevator Professionals is an independent elevator inspection and consulting company owned and operated by a nationally accredited elevator inspector. AEP represents building owners and property managers — never elevator contractors. AEP accepts no compensation from any elevator company.

2. The Advocacy Program

When you submit an invoice, repair proposal, maintenance contract, or modernization proposal, AEP analyzes it — using software-assisted review followed in every case by personal expert review — and advises you whether the charges, scope, and terms are appropriate. Where warranted, and with your authorization, AEP disputes or negotiates with your elevator contractor on your behalf.

3. Fees

AEP's advocacy fee is contingent: a percentage of documented savings, disclosed inside the portal before you authorize any dispute. If we do not save you money, you owe no advocacy fee. Inspection and consulting services outside the Advocacy Program are billed separately under their own agreements.

4. Your data

Documents and information you provide are used solely to deliver AEP's services to you. AEP will never sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your data or information to third parties, except (a) as required by law, or (b) to your elevator contractor as necessary to dispute a charge on your behalf, with your authorization. Aggregated, anonymized industry statistics that can never identify you or your property may be used to improve AEP's analysis.

5. Verification & acceptance

Submitting an application does not create a service relationship. AEP personally reviews and accepts each application. AEP may decline any application at its sole discretion.

6. No guarantee of outcome

Past savings do not guarantee future results. AEP provides professional opinions based on documents provided and applicable codes and contracts; final decisions to pay, sign, or dispute remain yours.

7. Not legal advice

AEP is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. For legal questions about your contracts, consult an attorney.

8. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your portal password. Notify AEP immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

9. Termination

You may end participation at any time in writing. Fees for savings already documented remain due. AEP may terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the portal.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any dispute is Bay County, Florida.

By continuing you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy above.
